Recess for travel to Idaho Falls Zoo at Tautphaus Park for a tour of construction progress. Tour will commence and meeting will reconvene when all City Council Members reassemble - at approximately 5:15 p.m. Parking at the Zoo entrance across from the Joe Marmo/Wayne Lehto Ice Arena is recommended.
