Regular Agenda. State of the City Address
Public Works 1) Agreement for the funding of the ADA Improvements along Elva Street from Wabash Street to S. Holmes Avenue: For consideration is a Grant Project Funding Agreement with the Idaho Transportation Department for the completion of the sidewalk and ADA pedestrian ramp upgrades along Elva Street adjacent to Pinecrest Golf Course. This will complete the pedestrian improvements initiated last summer (2018). This is a reimbursement agreement at 80% of federal funds and 20% local match for up to $75,000 total funds. RECOMMENDED ACTION: To approve the Grant Project Funding Agreement with the Idaho Transportation Department for ADA improvements along Elva Street from Wabash Street to S. Holmes Avenue, and give authorization for the Mayor to execute the necessary documents (or take other action deemed appropriate).
