Municipal Services Department: Resolution to Purchase Wayfinding Signage for the Zoo on the Open Market: On August 28, 2015 bids were received and opened for the Wayfinding Signage for the Idaho Falls Zoo. The bids received had lump sum totals that significantly exceeded the budget for this project. Please find attached resolution to secure goods and services in the open market for design, fabrication, and installation of certain signs related to the City's Wayfinding Plan. Municipal Services respectfully requests the City Council to approve the resolution and to authorize the Mayor to execute the document.
