WE'RE SCHEDULED TO SEE THE CITY COUNCIL LATER THIS MONTH FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL. AND THIS SMALL ANNEXATION WE'RE DISCUSSING TONIGHT IS ONE OF THE FINAL PIECES NEEDED FOR THAT PLAN. THE 1.17 ACRE POCKET IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN BONNEVILLE COUNTY. IT'S OWNED BY EARL AND MARINA WHITE, AND IT'S CURRENTLY UNDER CONTRACT WITH LAURA HOLMES. IT SITS RIGHT ON THE BORDER OF THE PROJECT, AND THE DESIGN ALREADY FITS WITH THE BEAUTY THAT WAS APPROVED BY THIS COMMISSION. PRIMARY REASON WE NEED THIS APPROVED IS FOR RIGHT OF WAY AND CONNECTIVITY AS REQUESTED BY THE CITY. WE HAVE DESIGNED 112FT MINIMUM WIDTH DEDICATED ROAD DEPLOYING FROM 33RD NORTH POSITION JUST TO THE EAST OF THE LDS CHURCH. IT CREATES A SOUTHERN ACCESS POINT INTO WILLOW CREEK COVE, WHICH WILL ALLOW SMOOTH TRAFFIC AND EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS, AS WELL AS A POTENTIAL FULL ACCESS TO THE FUTURE PARK ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY THAT THE CITY OF SOUTH FOR A MINOR CHANGE THAT ENSURES THE 359 UNITS YOU'VE ALREADY APPROVED ARE FULLY SERVICED BY CITY INFRASTRUCTURE AND SAFELY CONNECTED TO THE EXISTING ROAD GRID PROPERTY, OR THE PROPERTY OWNERS ARE ON BOARD.
