WE HAVE A BID AWARD FOR SEWER LINE REHAB WITH NATIONAL POWER ROTTING CORP IN THE AMOUNT OF $956,995 FROM IDAHO FALLS POWER. WE HAVE A PURCHASE APPROVAL FOR A 60 FOOT DIGGER DERRICK IN THE AMOUNT OF $445,729, AND FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, WE NOW HAVE THREE ITEMS. ONE IS AN AMBULANCE SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF IDAHO FALLS IN BONNEVILLE COUNTY. ANOTHER IS THE INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF IDAHO FALLS AND THE STATE MILITARY DIVISION TO ESTABLISH THE REGION SEVEN TYPE TWO HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM AND AUTHORIZATION TO PREORDER TWO AMBULANCE REMOUNTS AND REFURBISHMENTS FROM BRAUN NORTHWEST FOR A TOTAL OF $370,720 FROM OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK. WE'VE GOT THE SEPTEMBER LICENSE REPORTS, WHICH INCLUDED 55 NEW, 106 RENEWED AND 14 NEW AND RENEWED FOR CONTRACTORS. AND THEN WE ALSO HAVE THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES FROM AUGUST 11TH, 2025. AND I KNOW THAT WE HAVE BOTH JIM FREEMAN AND COUNCILOR WHO ARE OUR LIAISONS TO THAT DEPARTMENT. AND SO, MR. GORMAN, WILL YOU TALK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THIS SERVICE ALLOCATION AGREEMENT WITH PACIFICORP? SO OKAY, SO THE THE KIND OF THE BACKGROUND BEHIND THIS IS IDAHO HAS WHAT THE ESA, WHICH IS ELECTRIC SUPPLIER STABILIZATION ACT WHICH DETERMINES WHO SERVES TERRITORIES WHO IS FOR ELECTRIC SUPPLIERS. SO WE GO BACK IN AND WE PAY ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER AND PURCHASE THOSE CUSTOMERS. SO WHAT WE HAVE HERE IS A NEW AGREEMENT WE'VE BEEN WORKING ON, ONE THAT GOES BACK A LONG WAYS. THE HISTORIC AGREEMENT WAS THAT TRANSFER DID NOT HAPPEN UNTIL THE PUC HAD APPROVED THE ACTUAL TRANSFER. TRANSFER GOT TO GET APPROVED THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION. THIS AGREEMENT MEANS THAT WE CAN START SERVING THAT CUSTOMER PRIOR TO PUC APPROVAL. AND THEN THERE'S SOME LANGUAGE IN THERE. SO FOR SOME REASON, THE PUC DISAPPROVED THAT. THEN WE WOULD TURN THAT BACK OVER TO THEM AND PAY THEM WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE THE ORIGINAL. BUT THAT'S BETTER FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. A LOT OF THESE WILL BE A SUBDIVISION. IT'LL BE A FIELD WITH JUST A PUMP BANK, AND THEY WANT TO GET STARTED ON THEIR SUBDIVISION, AND WE WANT TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THAT POWER. SO IT'S AN UPGRADED AGREEMENT. IT WON'T BE VALID UNTIL IT'S APPROVED BY THE PUC, IN WHICH CASE BE SIGNED BY RFP. BUT THEY LIKE OUR SIGNED COPY TO TAKE PUC APPROVAL. THEIR POWER BILL NEVER GOES UP. WE, WE, WE GENERALLY HAVE LOWER RATES, LOWER RATES THAN ROCKY MOUNTAIN POWER. SO THEY'RE HAVING THEY'RE SEEING SAVINGS BY BEING OUR CUSTOMER. BUT SOME OF THOSE SAVINGS ARE TAKEN TO PAY OFF THEIR HALF OF THE OF THE BUYOUT. YEAH. ALMOST NEVER I MEAN BUT AND AND THE WAY THAT DOES IS WE PAY THE ENTIRE CAPITAL COST IN OTHER WORDS BUYING THE INFRASTRUCTURE AS THE WIRED AND TRANSFORMERS AND WHATNOT. AND THEN THERE'S A CHARGE FOR A YEAR'S WORTH OF ELECTRIC SERVICE, AND WE SPLIT THAT WITH THE CUSTOMER AND WE WILL PUT THAT ON THEIR BILL. AND ALMOST ALWAYS WE CAN GET THAT. SO THEIR BILL IS LOWER DAY ONE FOREVER. AND THAT'S NOT CHANGING IN THE UPGRADED AGREEMENT. NO, THAT'S PART OF IT. THAT'S PART OF OUR THE RATE STRUCTURE ACTUALLY. SO YOU CAN CHANGE THAT AT ANY TIME. SO WE'LL GET IN A RUB WHERE EVERYBODY KNOWS IT'S GOING TO.
